Born and raised in Lafayette, LA, I am a true southern girl at heart. After college I went to training in Texas for 9 month and was excited to get my full-time placement closer to home, in Baton Rouge, LA. I pride myself on living by values driven by Faith, focused on fulfilling a bigger purpose while prioritizing health of mind, body and spirit. I have a passion for wellness, healthy living and daily movement, but nothing beats a night filled with family, friends and live music!

That is when the idea of Fostered Growth was born, to help businesses unlock the power of social media marketing and fully capture the opportunity of online marketing!
